- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced

Instructions
- Wash the baby spinach thoroughly and dry using a salad spinner. Slice the strawberries into thin rounds.
- In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the chopped walnuts for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- In a large bowl, combine the washed spinach and sliced strawberries; toss gently to mix.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and toasted walnuts over the salad.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and olive oil; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving; toss gently to coat.
