Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the olive oil until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick batter forms.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
