1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
1 tablespoon ranch dressing (optional, for drizzle)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the flatbread on a baking tray or pizza stone.

Lightly brush the flatbread with olive oil.

Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border.

Top with shredded chicken, distributing it evenly.
