Instructions

- Beat in eggs one at a time; then add vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto lined baking sheets, spacing them apart. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on sheets before transferring to plates.
