This oven-baked Cajun corn is a quick and flavorful twist on classic corn on the cob. Bite-sized and bold, it’s seasoned with a spicy blend and finished with melted butter—perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side dish.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears of corn, cut into round pieces (about 1 inch thick)

  • 1 tablespoon Slap Ya Mama seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ cup melted butter (for dipping or drizzling)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Cut corn into 1-inch thick rounds and place in a large bowl.

  • Spray the corn rounds lightly with olive oil.

  • Mix Slap Ya Mama, paprika, garlic salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.

  • Sprinkle the seasoning blend over the corn and toss gently to coat.

  • Arrange the corn on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Spray again lightly with olive oil for extra crispness.

  • Bake for 20–22 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.

  • Remove from oven and serve hot with melted butter or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • You can adjust spice levels by reducing Cajun seasoning or adding a dash of brown sugar.

  • Vegan option: Use plant-based butter.

  • Grilling method: Wrap seasoned corn in foil and grill for 15–20 minutes.
