Instructions

  • Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  • Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of each steak.

    For Roasting:

    For Grilling:
