2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Shred 2 cups of cooked chicken and place it in a medium bowl. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Add Garlic Aioli: Pour 1/2 cup of garlic aioli over the chicken and mix until fully coated.

Incorporate Cheddar Cheese: Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and fold gently so it starts to melt slightly.

Prepare the Tortillas: Warm 4 large tortillas in a skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds.

Assemble the Wraps: Place the chicken mixture on each tortilla, spread evenly, leaving edges free. Roll tightly, tucking in sides.

Cook the Wraps: Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast each wrap for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and melty inside.

You can customize these wraps by adding fresh vegetables, hot sauce, or different cheeses.

Leftover chicken or pre-cooked rotisserie chicken works well.
