1 pound pizza dough

2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Divide pizza dough into ten pieces. Roll each into 8-inch ropes, making ends slightly thicker.

Using scissors, cut two 1-inch slits at both ends and pull apart to form “bone” shapes.

Brush each piece with melted butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake for 15 minutes, until lightly golden.

Remove from oven, sprinkle mozzarella, and bake another 5–7 minutes until cheese melts.

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
