Ingredients

  • 13 to 16 ounces pre-made pizza dough

  • 3/4 to 1 cup pizza sauce

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 8 ounces cooked sausage

  • 6 ounces mini pepperoni

  • Sliced black olives

  • Chopped chicken ham

  • Crumbled crispy Turkey Bacon

  • Mini Italian meatballs

  • Cooked corn kernels

  • Baby spinach leaves

  • Fresh basil

  • Marinara sauce for dipping

  • Chopped parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions

  • Spray the mini skull baking tin with cooking spray.

  • Lightly flour the counter to prevent sticking. Roll, pat, or stretch the dough to roughly 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 6 rectangles.

  • Place each dough piece into a skull cavity. Add pizza sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and desired toppings. Drizzle a small amount of pizza sauce on top.

  • Fold the dough over the fillings and pinch edges to seal. Repeat for all 6 skulls.

  • Refrigerate the skull tray while preheating the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Bake for 16–20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

  • Cool for 5 minutes, unmold, and serve with marinara sauce and chopped parsley or basil.
