  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 8 rolls 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package crescent roll dough (8 rolls)

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Add shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper to a large bowl.

  • Mix until the filling becomes smooth and well combined.

  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into eight triangles.

  • Place two to three tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle.

  • Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the pointed end.

  • Tuck the edges slightly to keep the filling sealed inside.

  • Arrange the stuffed crescents on the baking sheet, leaving space between each one.

  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each roll.

  • Bake for twelve to fifteen minutes or until the crescents turn golden brown.

  • Remove the tray from the oven and allow the rolls to cool for two to three minutes.

  • Add fresh parsley on top if desired, then serve warm.

Notes

  • You may add vegetables such as bell peppers or spinach to the filling.

  • Make-ahead option: prepare the filling a day before and store in the refrigerator.

  • These rolls can be frozen before or after baking.

  • Reheat in an oven or air fryer to maintain crispness.
