These Christmas Tree Cake Truffles are a festive, no-bake holiday treat made with Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, white chocolate, and colorful decorations. They are easy to make, customizable, and perfect for parties or gifting.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 12 truffles 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (5 cakes)

  • 8 ounces white chocolate or candy melts

  • 3 tablespoons festive sprinkles

  • 3 tablespoons red candy melts (optional, for drizzling)

  • Green sanding sugar for decoration

Instructions

  • Unwrap the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes and place them in a large bowl.

  • Mix the cakes with a handheld mixer until a crumbly dough forms. Stir in festive sprinkles.

  • Scoop a tablespoon of the dough and roll it between your palms to form a ball. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat for all dough.

  • Chill the cake balls in the fridge for about 10 minutes to firm up.

  • Melt white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler. Stir until smooth.

  • Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate using a fork or dipping tool. Allow excess chocolate to drip off and place back on the baking sheet.

  • Melt red candy melts in a piping or ziplock bag in 30-second increments, massaging the bag between intervals. Snip a corner and drizzle over truffles.

  • Sprinkle green sanding sugar on top and refrigerate until chocolate sets. Serve or gift.

Notes

  • Use any soft cake if Little Debbie cakes aren’t available.

  • Customize with different chocolate, sprinkles, or edible decorations.

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
