Instructions
- Wash and dry the tomatoes and basil leaves.

- Layer the mozzarella slices next to the tomato slices.
- Tuck whole basil leaves between layers for added flavor.
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the salad.
- Season with salt, pepper, and finish with balsamic vinegar before serving.
