2 1/2 cups apple cider or apple juice

1 cup water (or adjust for desired sweetness)

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)
Instructions

Gather all ingredients. Measure out apple juice or cider, water, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and Vanilla Extract (Alcohol-Free).

Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse for 30-60 seconds until smooth. Ensure the pumpkin puree is fully incorporated.

Pour the blended mixture into a small pot over medium heat.

Simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to allow the spices and vanilla to infuse. Do not boil vigorously.

Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup, if desired. Adjust water for lighter consistency.

Serve warm immediately, or let cool and refrigerate for a chilled version.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Shake or stir well before serving.
