- 1 (9 oz) package cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spray the inside of the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add cheese tortellini, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper to the crockpot. Stir until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours.
- Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Check for tenderness of tortellini; if needed, add a splash more cream for desired consistency.
- Serve warm and garnish with extra Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.
