- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle minced garlic and Italian seasoning over the chicken.
- In a bowl, blend cream cheese with chicken broth until smooth; pour over the chicken.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred chicken in the sauce before serving.
