- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- In another bowl, whisk together beef broth, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
- Place the meatballs in the crockpot and pour the sauce over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours until the meatballs are tender.
- Stir in sour cream just before serving for a creamy finish.
