- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and dried oregano.
- Lightly dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then press into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Place the coated chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
