Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease mini pie pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat; cool slightly, then stir in milk and lemon juice.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients; mix gently to avoid overmixing.
- Dissolve agar-agar in warm water as per package instructions and stir into the batter.
- Pour into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
