Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, toss the chopped apples with a sprinkle of cinnamon; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix eggs and vegetable oil until smooth; add to the dry mixture while stirring gently.
- Fold in the prepared apples until evenly distributed in the batter.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
