2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls

1 1/4 lb ground beef

1 envelope taco seasoning

3 to 4 diced roma tomatoes

4 to 5 oz shredded cheddar jack cheese

1/2 oz bag shredded lettuce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Unroll crescent rolls on a baking sheet and press seams together to form one crust.

Bake for 10–12 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.

In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and salsa until smooth.

In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat.

Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water; stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.

Spoon the seasoned beef over the creamy layer.

Sprinkle shredded cheese, then add diced tomatoes.

Top with shredded lettuce before serving.
