- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 8 tortillas (corn or flour)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with chili powder, cumin, and minced garlic.
- Pour chicken broth and lime juice over the seasoned chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks and return it to the broth.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or oven.
- Assemble tacos by adding shredded chicken and your desired toppings.
