Instructions

- In another bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg yolks, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture to maintain airiness.
- Spoon dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
