- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
- Pour in chicken broth and let simmer for about five minutes.
- Spread a layer of sauce in the baking dish, then layer noodles, shrimp mixture, and cheese blend. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let rest for five minutes before serving, garnished with parsley.
