Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (14 oz / 396 grams) sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tbsp salted butter

  • 1 cup grated chocolate or chocolate sprinkles

  • 20 strawberries (adjust based on size)

  • Roasted peanuts (or sliced almonds, sunflower kernels, or pine nuts)

  • Colored shaped sprinkles

  • Vanilla Extract (Alcohol-Free) (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

  • Combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and salted butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously until thick and glossy.

  • Transfer the fudge onto a parchment-lined dish and let it cool for 10–15 minutes.

  • Wash, dry, and hull the strawberries. Pat them completely dry.

  • Shape the cooled fudge into small ovals and place on top of each strawberry. Press gently to secure.

  • Insert roasted peanuts or preferred nuts as tails.

  • Add colored shaped sprinkles for eyes and ears, using chocolate if needed to stick them.

  • Optionally sprinkle grated chocolate or chocolate sprinkles over each fudge mouse.

  • Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to firm up.

  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use medium-sized strawberries for best results.

  • Customize tails and decorations as desired.

  • For a vegan version, substitute condensed milk and chocolate with plant-based alternatives.
