- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients as per package)
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a springform pan.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, pour half into the pan, and bake for about 15 minutes until just set.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the brownie base and spread evenly.
- Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes until edges are set but the center jiggles slightly. Cool in the oven for one hour.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
