- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add softened butter and eggs; combine until smooth.
- Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes by hand or 5 minutes with a mixer.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm spot until doubled (about 1 hour).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface, spread raspberries evenly over it, then roll into a log.
- Place in a greased loaf pan and let rise again until puffy (about 1 hour).
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
