Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until clear; cook according to package instructions.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sear beef strips seasoned with black pepper for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Incorporate sliced bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the mixture; simmer for 2 minutes to meld flavors.
- Serve the beef and pepper mix over rice in bowls.
