- 8 oz imitation crab meat, chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sweet and sour sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet without overlapping.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with imitation crab meat and half of the green onions.
- Spoon the crab mixture over each chip and sprinkle remaining green onions on top.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.
- Drizzle with sweet and sour sauce before serving.
