- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper; sear each side until browned and cooked to your preference. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
- Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add diced onions and minced garlic; sauté for about two minutes until softened.
- Create the Sauce: Pour in beef broth, bringing it to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream, mixing well until combined into a smooth sauce.
- Combine Everything: Slice the rested steak into strips and return it to the skillet along with cooked pasta. Toss gently until evenly coated in sauce.
- Serve: Plate portions of creamy steak pasta, distributing steak and pasta evenly. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
