- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, and melted butter; stir until blended without overmixing.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
- Cut cooled brownies into small pieces and roll into balls; place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Melt remaining chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Dip each brownie ball into melted chocolate until fully coated; return to parchment to set.
