- 24 Oreos, crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup non-dairy whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl. Press into an 8-inch square baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually blend in powdered sugar and lemon juice until creamy.
- Gently fold in non-dairy whipped topping until well combined.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the prepared Oreo crust. Layer with remaining crushed Oreos, then top with the rest of the cream cheese mixture. Smooth out the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight for optimal flavor.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled. Garnish with additional whipped topping or lemon zest if desired.
