- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugars, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients; stir until just mixed. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
