- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 package (3 oz) Jello powder (any flavor)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg followed by the Jello powder until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden. Allow cooling on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks.
