Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, melted butter, and 1/2 cup sugar until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the dish to form the crust. Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together remaining sugar, lemon juice, zest, and baking powder. Gently fold in raspberries.
  4. Pour filling over baked crust and return to oven. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set.
  5. Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
