- 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda; set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
- Add the eggs one at a time along with the vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate the flour mixture, mixing until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Fold in chocolate chips and toffee bits gently using a spatula.
- Scoop generous portions onto prepared sheets, leaving space between each cookie. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until edges are golden but centers are soft. Cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
