- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and minced garlic.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the cheese mixture until fully coated.
- Place the coated chicken in the baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Serve warm.
