Instructions

- Sprinkle in agar-agar powder and pulse until fully combined with no lumps.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls; place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for about one hour or until firm.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
