Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, and protein powder.
- Stir in the nut butter and maple syrup until the mixture forms a thick dough.
- Fold in the chopped nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, about one inch in diameter.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least one hour to set.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
