Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the chocolate melts in intervals until smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet. Add desired toppings before the chocolate sets.
