  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup jelly (strawberry or grape)
  • 1 tsp agar-agar powder
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). If using a homemade graham cracker crust, bake for about 10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend together the peanut butter and whipped topping until smooth.
  3. In a small saucepan, dissolve agar-agar in water over low heat, stirring until completely dissolved. Let cool slightly before mixing into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture into the cooled crust. Spoon dollops of jelly over it and swirl gently with a knife. Add the remaining peanut butter layer on top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours until set.
  6. Slice and serve chilled, optionally paired with fresh fruit.
