- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup jelly (strawberry or grape)
- 1 tsp agar-agar powder
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). If using a homemade graham cracker crust, bake for about 10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the peanut butter and whipped topping until smooth.
- In a small saucepan, dissolve agar-agar in water over low heat, stirring until completely dissolved. Let cool slightly before mixing into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spread half of the peanut butter mixture into the cooled crust. Spoon dollops of jelly over it and swirl gently with a knife. Add the remaining peanut butter layer on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours until set.
- Slice and serve chilled, optionally paired with fresh fruit.
