- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares or circles.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each piece and top with fresh raspberries.
- Fold over the edges of the pastry to seal in the filling and crimp edges with a fork.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
