Instructions

- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before returning them to the baking sheet.
- Let them set at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
