Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a pie pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon zest, vanilla extract, flour, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown on top and set in the center.
- Allow the pie to cool at room temperature for at least an hour before slicing. Serve warm or chilled.
