Instructions
- Activate the yeast by combining it with warm water in a small bowl; let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
- In a large bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour and sea salt until lump-free.
- Mix the activated yeast mixture and olive oil into the dry ingredients; stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 3-5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and shape it into small balls; place them in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
