Instructions

- 3. Combine Ingredients: Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture; stir until a rough dough forms.
- 4. Knead the Dough: Transfer to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 5. First Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- 6. Shape & Second Rise: Punch down the dough gently, shape into loaves or rolls, and let rise again on a baking sheet for about 30 minutes.
- 7. Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling slightly before slicing.
