- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gradually add the milk.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just mixed. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before transferring to a serving plate.
