  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an oven-safe baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked sushi rice with a splash of rice vinegar and set aside.
  3. Spread half of the seasoned rice in the baking dish, top with salmon fillets, and drizzle with teriyaki sauce.
