  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  • Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat evenly with the marinade.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight for stronger flavor).

  • Remove chicken from the fridge 30 minutes before grilling.

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F / 190°C). Lightly oil the grill grates.

  • Place marinated chicken on the grill.

  • Grill for 6–7 minutes on each side, turning once.

  • Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  • Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  • Serve with fresh greens, grilled vegetables, or your favorite side dish.

Notes

  • For added depth of flavor, you can include a pinch of crushed red pepper or rosemary.

  • If grilling is not an option, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes.
