Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)

3 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat evenly with the marinade.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight for stronger flavor).

Remove chicken from the fridge 30 minutes before grilling.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F / 190°C). Lightly oil the grill grates.

Place marinated chicken on the grill.

Grill for 6–7 minutes on each side, turning once.

Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve with fresh greens, grilled vegetables, or your favorite side dish.
Notes

For added depth of flavor, you can include a pinch of crushed red pepper or rosemary.

If grilling is not an option, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes.
