These Oreo Spider Halloween Cookies are my favorite no-bake Halloween treat. They’re fun to make, super quick, and loved by both kids and adults. With simple ingredients and a bit of creativity, you can turn ordinary Oreos into adorable spooky spiders that steal the spotlight at any Halloween gathering.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 12 cookies 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (dairy free)

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

  • 12 Oreo cookies (Halloween kind or double stuffed)

  • 36 pretzel sticks

  • 12 dozen small candy eyeballs

  • 3 tablespoons sprinkles

Instructions

  • Add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to a small bowl. Microwave for about 1 minute, stirring halfway, until fully melted and smooth.

  • Break 3 pretzel sticks in half to make 6 short pieces for each cookie.

  • Twist each Oreo open, keeping the cream side on one half.

  • Press 3 pretzel halves into each side of the cream to form spider legs.

  • Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of melted chocolate over the center of the cream, then gently press the top Oreo wafer back on.

  • Dip one side of the cookie into the remaining melted chocolate.

  • Place two candy eyes on the wet chocolate and sprinkle with colored sprinkles.

  • Chill the cookies in the refrigerator for 10 minutes or until the chocolate hardens

Notes

These Oreo Spider Halloween Cookies are perfect for parties, trick-or-treat tables, or spooky-themed movie nights. Kids love assembling them, and they’re a great way to spend creative time together. You can experiment with different cookie flavors, chocolates, or sprinkle colors for added fun.
