1/2 cup chocolate chips (dairy free)

1 teaspoon coconut oil

12 Oreo cookies (Halloween kind or double stuffed)

36 pretzel sticks

12 dozen small candy eyeballs

3 tablespoons sprinkles
Instructions

Add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to a small bowl. Microwave for about 1 minute, stirring halfway, until fully melted and smooth.

Break 3 pretzel sticks in half to make 6 short pieces for each cookie.

Twist each Oreo open, keeping the cream side on one half.

Press 3 pretzel halves into each side of the cream to form spider legs.

Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of melted chocolate over the center of the cream, then gently press the top Oreo wafer back on.

Dip one side of the cookie into the remaining melted chocolate.

Place two candy eyes on the wet chocolate and sprinkle with colored sprinkles.

Chill the cookies in the refrigerator for 10 minutes or until the chocolate hardens
