Sausage and Cream Cheese Biscuit Bites are a savory, bite-sized snack made with flaky biscuit dough wrapped around a creamy sausage and cheese filling. They are quick to prepare, perfect for parties, game days, or even breakfast.

  • Total Time: 27 minutes
  • Yield: 40 biscuit bites 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sausage (mild or spicy)

  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 (12-oz) cans Grands Jr flaky biscuits (20 biscuits total)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Cook sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it into small crumbles. Drain excess grease.

  • In a large bowl, combine warm sausage with softened cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth.

  • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.

  • Separate biscuits and flatten each into a small circle about 3 inches wide.

  • Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each biscuit.

  • Pull edges of dough up and over the filling, pinching tightly to seal. Roll into a ball.

  • Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown and puffed.

  • Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Filling can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated.

  • Fully baked bites can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat before serving.

  • Customize with different sausages, cheeses, or add-ins like jalapeños or green onions.
