1 lb sausage (mild or spicy)

1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 (12-oz) cans Grands Jr flaky biscuits (20 biscuits total)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it into small crumbles. Drain excess grease.

In a large bowl, combine warm sausage with softened cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth.

Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.

Separate biscuits and flatten each into a small circle about 3 inches wide.

Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each biscuit.

Pull edges of dough up and over the filling, pinching tightly to seal. Roll into a ball.

Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown and puffed.

Cool slightly before serving.
Notes

Filling can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated.

Fully baked bites can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat before serving.
